Information about daVinci package can be found at http://www.tzi.de/daVinci/, where daVinci v2.1 can be downloaded (binaries for several Unix systems). The package became commercial from version 3.0, which is available at b-novative. Its evaluation version accepts ZvonGraphotron generated output.
There may be some properties not listed in this reference. Any property can be specified using elements from daVinci namespace (http://zvon.org/graphotron/daVinci) with the same name as the property , e.g. daVinci property foo can be set with <daVinci:foo>bla</daVinci:foo>.
