Description:  
Returns true when an attribute with a given name is specified on this element or has a default value, false otherwise.

Parameters:  
DOMString name  -  The name of the attribute to look for.

Returns:  
Boolean -  true if an attribute with a given name is specified on this element or has a default value, false otherwise.

Exceptions:  
none


Example:
Text in the first DIV.
Some text in the second DIV.
Some text and element in the third DIV.
