Type elements that provide human-readable labels for the link.
The extended-, locator-, and arc-type elements may have the title
attribute. However, they may also have a series of one or more title-type
elements. Such elements are useful, for example, for cases where
human-readable label information needs further element markup, or where
multiple titles are necessary (e.g., internationalization and localization).
